Anger and sadness,
two sides of the same coin
provoking the other,
judgement, desires, expectations.
Strong emotions swirling in the mind
on repeat, in the heart,
the wind morphing into a typhoon,
yet merely, emotions.
To transcend is to let go,
to focus on the heart,
to realign with life’s purpose,
what is most important.
Then, let go.
Breathe through the heart-center,
clear the mind,
for love is to be shared purely without attachments,
and when we do, transcendence is upon us.
